Vicki Kirby, DEvelopment Director

Vicki Kirby is the Development Director for Refuge for Women - Texas Gulf Coast.  Vicki is a graduate of Abilene Christian University. For many years she has been involved in women's ministries including women's prison ministry. Vicki has also been active in the Brazoport community, having served as President and Board Chair for United Way of Brazoria County and as a Trustee on the Brazosport ISD School Board.  She was a founding member as well as the first Executive Director of the Community Foundation of Brazoria County, a position she held for 10 years. She and her husband Larry have been married for over 40 years. She is the mother of two and grandmother of four
